If you are not interested in buying anything maybe you could ask them to take some pictures of you and give them a small tip. They will be very happy anyway. For some people I’m sure it will be very annoying but this tour claims to show you the real country and vendors are definitely a reality in Dominican Republic. You just need to be able to say no, be firm and make it clear you’re not interested.
